General: A great car and close replication, however much soul searching
and consultation to get the car to meet handling needs. Major factors in solving the problem were Moss MG front conversion
(before Gerrys became available!!), 400 lb springs, 5 clicks all round on shockers and Pirelli P4000 205/70 (not the most
expensive) tyres. Tyres are always a compromise i.e. if you want to maintain the period look of the car. The real test has
been the bumpy country lanes, where I now feel confident and no longer have the feeling I will end up in the hedge.
